About Patrick

Patrick Baud is a junior fellow of the Canadian Council for Democracy. He is research director of both the the Civics Education Network and the University of Toronto Model Parliament. He is a member of the Toronto City Summit Alliance‘s Emerging Leaders Network. He studies philosophy and politics at the University of Toronto, Victoria College. His research interests are in contemporary Canadian politics, comparative constitutional law and democratic theory. He has worked for change-making companies and organizations including the Centre for the Study of Democracy at Queen’s University, Ecojustice, Environics Institute, Environics Research, MASS LBP, Right2Speak, and Samara.
